ABOUT THE PLAN
The Peace of Mind Home Checks plan is designed for property owners who want more frequent and thorough checks on their home in Isla Plana. We will look after your home as if it were our own, with the aim of ensuring it remains in perfect condition while you are away.
We carry out two visits per month to make sure everything is in order, identify any potential issues and keep you informed about the condition of your property.
If we find anything, we'll let you know
If we notice any issue or problem during one of our visits, we will contact you directly to let you know, so you can decide how you would like to proceed.

Important
This service is intended for the regular supervision and monitoring of your property.
Repairs, maintenance work, cleaning or any other additional services that may be required are not included in the monthly fee and will be quoted separately, always with your prior approval.
