The Regular Home Checks plan is designed for homeowners who want the peace of mind of knowing that their property is in good condition while they are away. We visit your property to visually check that everything is in order and identify any potential issues before they become a problem.

You won't have to wait until you return to find out.
If we notice any issue or irregularity during our visit, we'll let you know straight away so you can decide how to proceed.
Important
This service is designed for the regular supervision and checking of your property. Repairs, maintenance work, cleaning and any other additional services that may be required are not included in the monthly fee and will be quoted separately, always with your prior approval.
